Installation Guide

Pre-Installation Checklist

  1. Verify your system meets the minimum requirements
  2. Ensure CorelDRAW X6 or later is installed and activated
  3. Make sure .NET Framework 4.6.1 or later is installed
  4. Close all running applications including CorelDRAW

Download AI Sublimation Software

Getting the Software

  1. Visit the Early Access section of our website
  2. Download the EXE installer
  3. Download the Sample Files package for testing
💡 Note: The installer includes all necessary components for CorelDRAW integration.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Run the Installer

  1. Right-click the downloaded EXE installer and select "Run as Administrator"
  2. If Windows Defender shows a warning, click "More info" and then "Run anyway"
  3. The AI Sublimation Software Setup Wizard will appear

Step 2: Follow Installation Wizard

  1. License Agreement: Read and accept the license agreement by selecting "I accept the agreement"
  2. Installation Location: Choose installation directory or keep the default location
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation process
  4. Wait for the installation to complete (2-5 minutes)

Step 3: Select CorelDRAW Version

  1. After installation, you'll be prompted to "Choose a valid CorelDRAW version from below List"
  2. Select your installed CorelDRAW version from the dropdown menu (e.g., CorelDRAW v.25.0.0.230 (64Bit))
  3. Click "Save & Close" to confirm your selection
💡 Note: AI Sublimation Software will automatically detect your installed CorelDRAW versions. If your version doesn't appear, ensure CorelDRAW is properly installed and activated.

Post-Installation Setup

Test Your Installation

  1. Extract the downloaded Sample Files package
  2. Open CorelDRAW
  3. Look for the "AI Sublimation Software" menu in the menu bar
  4. Create a new project to test the integration
💡 Excel Integration: No separate Excel setup is required. You'll simply select your Excel file when creating a new job in AI Sublimation Software.

Troubleshooting Installation Issues

Common Problems and Solutions

AI Sublimation Software Menu Not Appearing in CorelDRAW

  • Solution 1: Restart CorelDRAW completely
  • Solution 2: Run CorelDRAW as Administrator
  • Solution 3: Re-install AI Sublimation Software with Administrator privileges
  • Solution 4: Check if your CorelDRAW version is X6 or later

Installation Fails with Error

  • Cause: Insufficient permissions or antivirus interference
  • Solution:
    1. Temporarily disable antivirus software
    2. Run installer as Administrator
    3. Ensure no other programs are running

.NET Framework Issues

  • Error: "This application requires .NET Framework 4.6.1"
  • Solution:
    1. Download .NET Framework 4.6.1 from Microsoft
    2. Install it manually
    3. Restart computer
    4. Re-run AI Sublimation Software installer

CorelDRAW Version Not Detected

  • Cause: CorelDRAW not properly installed or version too old
  • Solution:
    1. Ensure CorelDRAW X6 or later is installed
    2. Verify CorelDRAW is activated and working
    3. Re-run AI Sublimation Software installer
