Excel Integration
Overview
AI Sublimation Software's Excel integration allows you to seamlessly import player data, team information, and personalization details directly from Excel spreadsheets. This feature eliminates manual data entry and ensures accuracy across your entire production workflow.
Required Data Structure
Your Excel file should follow this specific format for team sports data:
Excel File Format Requirements
- Team Headers: Use "Team 1", "Team 2", etc. to separate different teams
- Size Categories: Each team section should have size columns (YS, YS#, YM, YM#, YL, YL#, YXL, YXL#)
- Player Names: Enter in size columns WITHOUT the "#" symbol
- Player Numbers: Enter in size columns WITH the "#" symbol
Column Structure Explanation
| Column Type | Purpose | Example |
|---|---|---|
| YS (Youth Small) | Player names for Youth Small size | Townsend, Coe, Metcalfe |
| YS# (Youth Small Numbers) | Jersey numbers for Youth Small players | 00, 35, 25 |
| YM (Youth Medium) | Player names for Youth Medium size | Miranda, LENDYAK, Sloan |
| YM# (Youth Medium Numbers) | Jersey numbers for Youth Medium players | 76, 54, 62 |
| YL, YXL, etc. | Continue pattern for other sizes | Youth Large, Youth Extra Large |
Sample Excel Structure
1) Team 1
YS | YS# | YM | YM# | YL | YL# | YXL | YXL#
Townsend| 00 | Miranda | 76 | Hull | 95 | Banks | 35
Coe | 35 | LENDYAK | 54 | Ellis | 68 | Patterson | 65
Metcalfe| 25 | Sloan | 62 | WILFONG| 57 | Dee | 58
Ward | 24 | Rich | 95 | Parlor | 84 | Cook | 54
💡 Important: For multiple teams, repeat the same column structure after each team header (Team 1, Team 2, Team 3, etc.).
Import Process
Step 1: Prepare Your Excel File
- Start with the team header "1) Team 1" in the first row
- Add size headers in the second row: YS, YS#, YM, YM#, YL, YL#, YXL, YXL#
- Fill player names in columns without "#" (YS, YM, YL, YXL)
- Fill player numbers in columns with "#" (YS#, YM#, YL#, YXL#)
- For additional teams, add "2) Team 2" header and repeat the same column structure
- Save the file in Excel format (.xlsx)
