End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance

By installing or using AI Sublimation Software (“Software”), you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

The Software is licensed, not sold. EasyVDP Inc. grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on authorized desktop devices subject to subscription terms.

3. License Validation

The Software requires periodic internet connectivity to validate licensing. During validation the Software may transmit:

• License key
• Subscription status
• Software version
• Hashed non-personal device identifier

4. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering
• No license circumvention
• No redistribution or resale without permission

5. Updates

The Software may check for updates including security and performance improvements. No production files are transmitted during update checks.

6. Termination

Licenses may be terminated for subscription expiration, fraud, or violation of this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

EasyVDP Inc. shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, production downtime, or data loss. Liability shall not exceed fees paid within the previous 12 months.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
